移植を受けた人々は，免疫抑制剤を服用する必要がありますが，適切な服用がなされていないことが課題とされています。
本研究では，移植を受けた人々の免疫抑制剤の向き合い方（アドヒアランス）について，論文等で取り扱われている内容を明らかにして仮説を設定します。そして，実際に移植を受けた人々から免疫抑制剤の向き合い方（アドヒアランス）の状況について調査を行い，国内の医療サービスやその他の社会状況を踏まえた上での理論を作ることを目指します。
このことから移植を受けた人々に対しての，医療的なケアの資料になることが期待されます。
