Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、研究に携わる看護職者が研究上直面する倫理的問題を客観的に理解し、問題を明確化し、問題解決のための手段を探求するための『研究倫理問題自己診断尺度』と『尺度活用ガイド』を構築することを目的とする。具体的には、先行研究により質的帰納的に解明された「研究に携わる看護職者が研究上直面する倫理的問題」を基盤に『研究倫理問題自己診断尺度』を開発する。また、「倫理的問題の克服法」に基づき克服例を示した『尺度活用ガイド』を構築する。最後に、『尺度』と『ガイド』の使用の有効性を検証する。これらの活用は、研究に携わる看護職者個々の倫理観を高め、研究倫理的行動の質を高めることに貢献する。
