Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，ホルモン療法を受ける性別不合当事者のセルフマネジメント尺度の開発である。性別適合治療は“性別不合に関する診断と治療のガイドライン”に則り進められている。ホルモン療法には様々な副作用の報告もあり，性別不合当事者のセルフマネジメント能力を高めることが重要である。そこで，ホルモン療法を受ける性別不合当事者に必要なセルフマネジメント能力を明らかにし，ホルモン療法を受ける性別不合当事者のセルフマネジメント尺度の開発をめざす。これにより，ホルモン療法を受ける性別不合当事者のセルフマネジメント能力の測定が可能となり性別不合当事者のセルフマネジメント能力に合わせた看護支援が可能となる。
