Outline of Research at the Start

患者とのコミュニケーションにおいて、看護職の「話し方」は非常に重要である。声色 (声のトーン、発話速度、抑揚、会話の間等) は話者の感情・心理状態を反映する一方で、意図的な操作・使い分けも可能であり、看護職の多くはこのようなコミュニケーションスキルを経験的に獲得し、活用していると推測される。声色の活用は、臨床におけるコミュニケーションの質を向上させ、患者のQOLだけでなく、多職種との関係性、看護職の状況判断にも影響する可能性がある。本研究は、看護職のコミュニケーションにおける声色とその影響を解明し、声色の活用を促進する可視化ツールを開発するための基礎的データを得ることを目的とする。
