Outline of Research at the Start

脳卒中患者に対する歩行介助は，介助者の技能が被介助者の①歩行パフォーマンス，②歩行パターンに影響を与えるため歩行介助は重要である．しかし，臨床現場において歩行介助の良し悪しは，介助者の経験則に頼り歩行介助の技能は感覚的に捉えられている．そのため，歩行介助の動作分析は重要である．そこで本研究では，臨床現場における脳卒中患者に対する歩行介助の動作分析についてスマートフォンを使用したモーションキャプチャーシステムOpen Capと加速度センサを組み合わせ，データの蓄積を図り，定量的な分析により，効果的な歩行介助の方法を科学的に捉え，介助者の技能向上へ活かすことである．
