Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、臨床判断能力を育成するため、認知的徒弟制を理論的基盤とした教育プログラムを開発することを目的とする。臨床実践のエキスパートナースをロールモデルとし、教材開発を行い、伝統的徒弟制を包含した認知的徒弟制のステップに基づいて、新たな教育プログラムを構築する。認知的徒弟制の6ステップ（モデリング、コーチング、スキャフォールディング、アーティキュレーション、リフレクション、エクスプロレーション）に基づいた構造的な看護教育技法の作成を目指す。認知的徒弟制は、学習者が段階を踏んでエキスパートの知見から学びを深化させるもので、高度な認知能力やschemaの形成を段階的に育成することが期待できる。
