Outline of Research at the Start

糖尿病性認知症者は自己管理能力の低下により、足病変の発見が遅れやすい。また、看護師は患者の行動・心理的徴候の影響を受け、フットケアの実施が困難となる。その結果、看護師の情緒的疲弊を招く。
本研究では、認知症ケア技法である「ユマニチュード」の視点を取り入れたフットケア看護プログラムを開発し、ケア満足度と情緒的疲弊の変化から効果を検証する。本プログラムにより、フットケアと認知症ケアを融合した新たな看護の提供が期待される。
