実践的知識や理論的知識は、【暗黙知】と呼ばれ、エキスパートのケア行為に多く潜むが、これらは可視化されることがなく、他者との共有、または他者への伝達が難しいと言われている。今回、我々の研究チームは、看護のエキスパートのケア行為に潜む【暗黙知】の形式化を図るため、一人称視点の動画に視線を組み込むことができるソフトウェアの開発に着手した。そこで、本研究において、①ケアを行うエキスパートの視線軌跡を可視化した動画教材を作成し、動画教材を実装した学習システムを構築、②学習システムを活用した初学者である看護学生の学習効果について検証することで、【暗黙知】の伝達学習システムの開発を目指す。
