Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、日本国内の200床以上の病床を有する公的医療機関で働く1年目の新人看護師に対して介入群、対照群を設定し、セルフハグを中心としたセルフケアの効果を検討するものである。本研究は計画1と計画2から成り、計画1では、予備的検討として、小人数を対象に実施し実行可能性を検討する。計画2では、サンプルサイズを増やして、新たに検討したセルフケアの効果を検討する。
