Outline of Research at the Start

新型コロナウィルス感染症パンデミックと重なる2021年から2023年にかけて、「看護学生のシビリティを育むアクションリサーチ（JSPS科研費19K10809)」を実施した。この研究の成果と今後の課題をふまえて、本研究では臨地実習に直接携わる看護教員ならびに看護職者から、シビリティの自己認識に基づく「体験談」、「素敵な仕草・作法」および「真似したくない仕草・作法」を幅広く収集し、看護教育から看護実践への移行を支援するCivility Exemplar Club onlineを構築・展開することにより、オンライン上の新たな教育資源の創造を目指す。
