Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、看護師が仕事と家庭を両立する上で発生するワーク・ファミリー・エンリッチメントと、それを促進する職場環境要因を明らかにし、ワークライフバランスが保たれる職場における支援体制について示唆を得ることで、看護師の人員確保、離職防止、キャリアアップやライフプラン構築の資料となると考える。また、組織風土の概念を基にして仕事状況に関連した様々な要因に対する従業員の認知を測定する「ワークシチュエーション」尺度（日本労働研究機構, 2003）を用いることにより、より具体的かつ多様な職場環境要因を探究する。
