Outline of Research at the Start

igginsらの提唱する「逆向き設計論」を用いて、新人看護師に求められる臨床判断能力を結果(目標：看護師は何に気づき、どのように解釈して看護実践するのか)として明確にした上で、看護基礎教育で必要とされているパフォーマンス課題(リアルな文脈の中で知識やスキルを応用しつつ看護実践を行うことを求める課題)を明らかにし、臨床実践と乖離のない看護基礎教育方法を開拓する。つまり、本研究は「逆向き設計論」を用いて臨床で必要とされている脳神経看護の臨床判断能力を明らかにし、看護基礎教育に求められる目標とパフォーマンス課題を明確にする。
