Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は「触り心地の良さ」を看護ケアに実用的に取り入れる可能性について追究する。研究目的は皮膚から得られた触覚による反応を①主観的な触り心地の評価と、②客観的な自律神経指標の変化から明らかにすることである。研究方法は実験研究である。健康な人を対象に実際に何種類かの布を触れてもらい、①主観的評価として、調査票と面談による触感の評価を分析する。さらに②客観的評価として心拍ゆらぎモデルを活用した自律神経指標を用いた分析を行う。
