Outline of Research at the Start

ヘルスケア専門職の多職種連携実践能力を向上させる研修プログラムを開発する。研修プログラムの効果は、Interprofessional Socialization：IPSの発展状況で評価する。IPSは多職種連携教育：Interprofessional Education：IPEの効果を評価する指標として報告されている。IPSはカナダで開発されたISVS尺度の日本語版を作成し、これを評価に用いる。IPSに影響する受講者側の要因、研修プログラム側の要因を明らかにし、これらの要因を考慮した研修プログラムを開発する。
