Outline of Research at the Start

看護においてポジショニングは、身体を自力で動かすことのできない患者やクライエントの安楽を保持する基本的な看護技術の一つである。患者のリハビリテーションや、日常生活において、ベッド上で背上げを行う際には、ベッドとの接地面に摩擦やずれが発生し、時間の経過とともにずり下がり姿勢となり、姿勢が崩れ、患者は呼吸苦や褥瘡が生じることとなる。しかし、現在「ずり下がり姿勢」を防ぐ有効な道具は開発されていない。そこで、「ずり下がり」姿勢を防ぎ、ベッド上での安楽な座位姿勢を保持する一助となる道具の可能性として、スライディングシートを用いた安楽なポジショニング方法を開発することを目的とする。
