Outline of Research at the Start

中小規模病院は、地域に密着した医療を提供し、地域包括ケアシステムにおいて重要な役割を果たしている。病院が安定的に存続するためには地域に必要とされることも重要である。病院の看護部門は、人的資源と組織力を活かし様々な地域貢献活動を実施している。看護部門・看護職が関わる地域貢献活動は、活動の対象者だけでなく、病院、所属する看護職、活動に参加する看護職自身とっても意義があると考えられる。本研究の目的では、中小規模病院における看護部門が関与する地域貢献活動を類型化し、地域貢献活動の多面的意義（社会的意義、組織的意義、看護職個人の意義）を同定する。
