Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、看護職の就業継続が可能な看護職の働き方及び労働環境改善のための指標となるディーセント・ワーク尺度を開発する。研究の第1段階は表面妥当性の検証、第2段階目は予備調査、第3段階目は尺度の信頼性・妥当性および仮説の検証である。
本研究では、COSMIN Study Design checklist for Patient-reported outcome measurement instruments（Mokkink et al., 2019）に基づいて看護職のディーセント・ワーク尺度の表面的妥当性、内的一貫性、再検査信頼性、測定誤差、構造的妥当性、構成概念妥当性の検証を行う。
