Outline of Research at the Start	科学的研究課題では、所定の条件や手順のもとで同じ現象が繰り返し起こるか、また観察されるかを確かめる再現実験を行う。申請者は、実験室での条件を整えた計測と異なり、臨床や日常生活の中から必要とするデータを収集し可視化してきた。そこで本研究では、科学性の担保と各世代や生活活動特有のインデックスデータ収集を目的としている。具体的には、年齢や生活活動の異なるあらゆる層の女性および男性看護師の、夜勤前・中・後の自律神経活動や疲労蓄積の指標となるのデータを収集する。被験者は21名の看護師を計画しており、各自3回ずつ72時間/回の計測を行い、個体の特性が1度の計測で検出されていることを確認する。
