Outline of Research at the Start

感染管理認定看護師（CNIC）は、所属施設の感染管理の専従または兼任として配属され、組織横断的に活動する役割を担う。「ワーク・エンゲイジメント（Work Engagement：WE）」とは、Schaufeli 教授らが提唱した概念であり、「仕事から活力を得ていきいきとしている」（活力）、「仕事に誇りとやりがいを感じている」 （熱意）、「仕事に熱心に取り組んでいる」（没頭）の3つが揃った状態として定義される。わが国のCNICに対するWEはまだ明らかにされていない。今回の研究では、量的・質的研究手法を用いて、わが国のCNICのWEの現状と課題を可視化すると共に支援体制の構築を目指すものである。
