Outline of Research at the Start

看護実践への研究成果の活用について多くの看護師がその必要性を認識しているが、実践レベルでは十分な活用には至らず研究と実践の間で乖離が存在することが指摘されている。
特に、臨床研究は施設内外の学術集会などで活発に発表しても発表のみに留まる事が多く、研究成果の活用は不十分である。また、主体的に看護研究に取り組む看護師も少なく過去29年間において変化は見られないとの報告もある。本研究では、組織的な研究支援を行い、研究成果を活用するために施設内のSNS上でのディスカッション可能な仕組みを併せ持つ双方向性ｅラーニングシステムの改良と利活用により、研究成果を活用を推進するプログラムおよびモデルの開発を行う。
