Outline of Research at the Start

看護師には臨床推論・判断能力の育成が求められているが、効果的な教育的介入は明らかになっていない。主な理由として、推論・判断のプロセスの可視化が難しい点、状況の複雑さや曖昧さ、固有の文脈が推論や判断に影響し汎用性が乏しい点がある。また、実践下では手続き的知識等の不足から推論・判断が深まらない場合がある一方で、単純化した事例では推論・判断過程が省略されることもあり検証が難しい。本研究は、複数の文脈で熟達者が推論の過程で用いる判断の軸と判断につながる手がかりのパターンを思考発話法と眼球運動計測より明らかにすることで、臨床推論・判断能力の育成を促す効果的な学習プログラムや教育教材の開発を目的とする。
