Outline of Research at the Start

本邦において高齢者が心身共に、さらに社会的に健康な状態で残りの人生を歩んでいくためにサクセスフルエイジングを実現していくことは重要な課題である。幸福感に関連する要因については、近年、遺伝的要因である遺伝子多型と主観的幸福感の関係が報告されている。オキシトシン受容体遺伝子（OXTR）一塩基多型（SNP）は感情認識や社会行動との関係性や、摂食障害、うつ病、自閉症スペクトラムといった精神疾患に関与する可能性が示唆されている。主観的幸福感・生活満足度とOXTR SNPとの関連は明らかではない。本研究ではOXTR SNPと主観的幸福感・生活満足度の関連について明らかにすることを目的とした。
