Outline of Research at the Start

看護職者のウェルビーイング向上に向けた労働環境の整備には、勤務にともなう心身の症状、ヘルスニーズについて、定量的・包括的な実態調査研究が必須である。本研究では、看護職者が抱えるヘルスニーズの実態を把握するために、横断観察研究によるアプローチを行う。具体的には、看護師を対象に、１.主観評価と生理・物理測定を用い、労働による身体的・心理的負荷と日周性疲労・ヘルスニーズとの関連を把握するフィールド調査、２.調査票を用い、中・長期的ヘルスニーズとウェルビーイングの実態を把握する多施設横断的調査と関連要因の分析を行い、対応する実装策を検討する。
