Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、音声データおよび位置情報をAI学習させてデータベースを構築し、看護業務
の現状を可視化したうえで、デジタル機器の導入が看護職の働き方にどのような変化を及ぼ
しているのかを明らかにする。さらに、デジタル機器の運用状況によって、看護職の働き方
にどのような違いが生じているかを明らかにし、看護DXを推進するための看護業務モデル
を開発し実証研究を行う。
