Outline of Research at the Start

地域の医療や看護の現場と連携し、地域で活躍できる看護師を育てることを目指して、3つの視点から現状を調査する。①地域の看護師が持つ看護の実践力や、仕事の難しさを感じている点、離職しやすい傾向などの実態、②病院などの現場で、看護管理者や教育担当者がどのように看護師を育てているか、その工夫や感じている課題、③地域医療や在宅看護の現場で、新人看護師を受け入れる上での課題。
この調査結果をもとに、『大学と地域で育てる看護人材育成検討会』を立ち上げ、地域の中で看護師を育てていく仕組みを構築し、魅力ある職場づくりと、大学から臨床現場までつながる切れ目のない人材育成システムを開発する。
