Outline of Research at the Start

統合失調症患者においては睡眠覚醒リズムの異常が多く報告されているが、その病態との関連については未だ明確な知見が得られていない。そこで本研究では、精神科病棟に長期入院する患者と地域生活を送る患者を対象に、睡眠覚醒リズム、身体活動、健康および障害の関連について、主観的および客観的データに基づく実態把握を行う。さらに、不眠症に特化した認知行動療法（CBT-I）を活用し、地域包括ケアの推進と再入院予防を見据えた睡眠援助マニュアルの構築を目指す。これにより、統合失調症患者の地域移行を支援し、再入院リスクの予防と持続可能な地域生活の実現を図る。
