本研究は、看護師が日常的に行う伝達業務に着目し、そこに含まれる暗黙知をSECIモデルに基づいて形式知へ変換し、組織内で共有・活用するメソッドを開発することを目的とする。経験に基づく直観や判断など、言語化されにくい知識を可視化・共有することで、個人および組織全体の看護実践力の向上を図り、持続的な成長と質の高い看護提供体制の構築に貢献する。
