Outline of Research at the Start

日本では少子高齢化を背景に、医療現場で働く看護師の確保が課題となっており、経済連携協定（EPA）による外国人看護師の受入れが期待されてきたが、労働力として定着していないのが現状である。EPA看護師の支援には、学習環境の整備だけでなく、生活環境への組織的支援も不可欠である。また、メンタルヘルス対策も重要な課題である。そこで本研究は、EPA看護師が働きがいを持ち、健康的に就労を継続するための方策を提言することを目的として、①EPA看護師の就労・生活環境に関するニーズと健康状態、②EPA看護師を雇用する側のニーズと支援の実態、③EPA看護師の精神的健康及び離職意向に影響する要因を明らかにする。
