Outline of Research at the Start

日本の結核の集団感染は、病院等の施設での発生が全体の20％を占めており，医療施設での結核感染対策は重要な課題である。医療施設での結核発生時に保健所と連携して実施する接触者健診は、発病者の感染力と接触者の感染性から健診の範囲を判断するが、職員の要望や施設のリスク回避により、広範囲に実施する現状があり、実施には労力と費用を要している。そこで，我々が開発した医療施設内接触者健診受検職員のための管理用ソフトウエアを活用し，医療施設の接触者健診データを収集し，接触者健診の範囲についての科学的根拠を探究する。それにより，職員の安心・安全を確保したうえで，接触者健診にかける時間と労力，費用の削減を目指す。
