Outline of Research at the Start

周手術期看護において術後合併症予防と回復の促進は重要であり、術後の全身状態の観察と早期離床の援助は、実習において多くの学生が経験する看護技術である。一方で、看護学生にとって初回離床の援助は、患者の状態が変動しやすく様々な知識と目の前の患者の状態を結びつけながら連続仮説をしていく思考が必要であり、周手術期の中でも高度な臨床判断能力が求められる。
そこで本研究は、看護学生の臨床判断能力育成のために、視線計測技法を活用し可視化された熟練看護師の臨床判断プロセスを組み込んだ、初回離床援助場面のシチュエーション・ベースド・トレーニングを実施し、有効性を検討する。
