Outline of Research at the Start

入浴事故が毎年多く出ているにもかかわらず、入浴可否判断の基準が明確でない。そこで、本研究の目的は入浴による心機能予測変動システム作製のために、入浴が心機能に及ぼす影響と入浴事故の背景因子の１つである意識低下との関係を明らかにすることである。
本研究ではこれまでの血圧等の末梢循環評価や、脳血流量、心拍変動解析に加えて入浴中のエコーや脳波測定を新たに加えて、脳血流や脳波と意識の関係、また意識と心機能の関係を明らかにする。
