Outline of Research at the Start

がん患者の主観的評価は患者中心の質の高い医療・ケアに重要であり、国内外で患者の主観的評価である患者報告アウトカム（Patient Reported Outcome：PRO）の活用が推奨されている。しかし、わが国の緩和ケアにおいてはPROの臨床活用が普及していない。本研究では、がん患者が気がかりや症状をリアルタイムで評価し医療者と共有できるePRO (electronic Patient Reported Outcome)を緩和ケアに実装するための障壁と実施可能性を明らかにし、ePROを活用した緩和ケア提供システムを構築する。さらに、クラスターランダム化比較試験を行い、効果を検証する。
