Outline of Research at the Start	精神科病院では長期入院患者の死亡退院が増加している。患者らは、本人だけでなく様々な要因や背景によって人生の最終段階に向かう自己決定ができず、医療者らも十分な意思決定支援が実践されているとは言い難い。本研究では、長期入院患者にアドバンス・ケア・プランニングを用いた人生最終段階に向けた意思決定支援を目標として、この導入に対する具体的な手順とプログラムの作成、スタッフ教育内容の構築を目指す。
