Outline of Research at the Start

潰瘍性大腸炎患者の視点に立った症状コントロールや療養生活のセルフマネジメント獲得過程を促進するプログラムを作成する。そのために、第1に再燃の経験のある患者からどのような支援がありセルフマネジメントを獲得したか調査する。並行し先行文献のセルフマネジメントの課題を明らかにし、両者よりプログラム原案を作成する。第2にプログラム原案をパネル会議で精錬する。第3に、精錬したプログラムを患者に実施・調査し、プログラムの評価をし、プログラムを作成する。
