Outline of Research at the Start	IBS患者に有効な日常生活指導の確立に向けて、多職種による専門家パネルとIBS患者の体験により、IBS患者への生活習慣の改善を促す具体的な日常生活指導の看護援助プログラムを作成し、評価する。看護援助プログラムは医療者とIBS患者の双方の意見を取り入れることにより、実装化を考慮した内容とする。IBS患者の生活に即した無理のない看護援助プログラムの開発を目指し、評価する。
