Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、肝細胞癌の治療選択として肝移植を受けた患者（レシピエント）のアンメットニーズ（unmet needs）を捉える評価指標を開発することである。肝移植レシピエントであり、がんサバイバーでもある患者には、移植看護とがん看護の知見を統合したケアの開発が望まれる。そこで本研究は、第1段階として肝細胞癌があり肝移植を受けた患者へのインタビュー調査を実施し、アンメットニーズを明らかにすることを目的とする。第2段階は、第1段階の結果にもとづき、がんサバイバーである肝移植レシピエントのアンメットニーズ評価指標を開発し、調査を通して看護ケアのエビデンスを得ることを目的とする。
