Outline of Research at the Start

高齢腎不全患者における腎代替療法および透析見合わせの選択は、QOLに及ぼす影響が大きく、治療選択肢に関する十分な情報提供や、患者と医療者双方の価値観の共有を重視する共同意思決定の実践が推奨されている。しかし、共同意思決定における看護支援は、先行研究では十分に明らかにされていない。
本研究は、高齢腎不全患者における腎代替療法選択の共同意思決定を醸成する看護支援について専門職者として言語化できる看護師を対象とした質的研究(研究A)を行う。特定したテーマおよびエビデンスを基に、「腎代替療法および透析見合わせの選択に関わる看護師の意思決定支援実践評価尺度」を開発し、妥当性・信頼性を検証する(研究B)。
