Outline of Research at the Start

関節リウマチは、早期から関節破壊を生じ、機能障害を引き起こす疾患である。RAにより手指の機能障害が起こるとQOLは著しく低下する。RA患者の手のリハビリテーションは必要性の認識はあっても主体的に取り組むための情報や具体的なツールが十分ではない。看護職は、RA患者のセルフマネジメント力を把握した上で、的確に関節保護やセルフエクササイズ支援を行う必要がある。手指のセルフエクササイズ支援のためのRA患者のライフスタイル実態調査を行い、RA患者のライフスタイル、ニーズや価値観を考慮した手指のセルフマネジメント教育プログラムを構築し、手指のセルフマネジメント教育プログラムの介入研究、検証する。
