Outline of Research at the Start

現行の家族支援ガイドラインは主に新人看護師向けに作成されており、具体的なイメージを持ちにくいという課題がある。そのため、看護師の経験年数を問わず活用できる、より実践的な教材の開発が求められている。そこで本研究では、児童精神科病棟における家族支援の実践力向上を目的として、シリアスゲーム（デジタルゲーム教材およびカードゲーム教材）を開発し、その有効性を検証する。制作されるシリアスゲームは、既存の家族支援ガイドラインと連携することで、より実践的かつ包括的な学習パッケージが構築される。これにより、看護師が家族支援を効果的に実践でき、最終的には患児とその家族の早期再統合に寄与することが期待できる。
