Outline of Research at the Start

自殺者数が依然として毎年２万人を超える水準で推移する中、生きづらさの背景にある孤立・孤独を踏まえた包括的自殺予防支援の充実化が喫緊の課題である。
そこで、自殺の主要なリスク要因である精神障害に対応でき、人々の生活の場での安定と自立、社会適応を促進する役割を担う精神看護の専門性をもつ看護師に着目し、孤立・孤独の中で生きづらさを感じている人に対する包括的自殺予防支援における精神看護実践モデルを以下のプロセスで構築する。
①孤立・孤独の中で生きづらさを感じている人の支援ニーズの探索
②支援ニーズに対応した包括的自殺予防支援における精神看護実践モデルの提案
③実践モデルを評価するための介入研究
