Outline of Research at the Start	情報通信技術（Information and Communication Technology、以下ICT）の導入が進んでいるが、コミュニケーションの隙間を埋めるには限界がある。情報の受け手が多数想定される情報ツールでは、一般論の記述に留まり、個別性の大きい内容については、追加や反映が難しい。しかし、患者・家族が望むのは、個別性のある、自身の状況にあった情報である。がん薬物療法を受ける患者・家族に対する情報支援では、ICTの活用と医療者の判断や行動に関する知見の融合が重要であると考えた。本研究では、医療現場でICTを活用した情報支援において、患者の個別性に対応するための検討を行う。
