Outline of Research at the Start	近年の日本の新生児医療の進歩により、新生児死亡率は低下しているが、発達障害リスクを抱える児の増加が問題となっている。特に早産児や極低出生体重児の増加により、Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (以下、NICU)やGrowing Care Unit (以下、GCU)からの早期ハビリテーション介入の重要性が増している。本研究は、新生児期の身体の「反り返り」に着目し、その程度や期間が運動発達や認知発達に与える影響を詳細に検証することを目的としている。これにより、反り返りが後の発達に与える影響を科学的に解明し、早期介入の指針を提供することを目指す。
