本邦の大動脈解離発症率は諸外国より高い。大動脈解離の予後は発症から治療までの時間の影響が大きく、発症から治療開始までの時間をいかに早くするかが課題である。来院から治療開始までの時間についてはいくつか報告があるが、受診遅延を規定する患者側の要因、来院方法や発症時の症状についての実態は明らかになっていない。したがって、本研究では、滋賀県全域での大規模循環器病発症登録悉皆調査から、①大動脈解離発症時の症状および救急要請の頻度、発症-来院時間の実態を記述し、②発症時症状が典型症状か否かで、救急要請の有無や発症-来院時間に相違があるか、③予後に影響するのかを検討する。
