Outline of Research at the Start

集中治療の進歩によりこれまでは困難だった重症患者も救命できるようになった。しかし、救命後の見通しが立ちにくくなり終末期の状況は複雑化している。そこで本研究の目的は、救急・集中治療領域における不確実な予後に対する意思決定の際に患者・家族と医療者間の双方向のコミュニケーションを促進するツールの開発と検証とする。計画として、重症患者家族に関わるエキスパートナースを対象とした全国調査および遺族を対象としたインタビュー調査からコミュニケーションツールを作成し、その後検証を予定している。
