Outline of Research at the Start

終末期ケアにおける意思決定支援は、看護師の重要な役割の1つである。特に終末期の輸液に関しては、行うか否かを推奨する科学的根拠が乏しく、患者の価値観を尊重し、最善の選択を考える必要がある。しかし、輸液の心理的側面についての知見は少なく、意思決定支援に難渋することが多い。そこで我々は、終末期の輸液に関する心情調査および看護師による意思決定支援に役立つツールの作成が必要と考えた。本研究では、A. スコーピングレビューにより患者・家族が重要視する価値観を調査したうえで、B. 患者・家族・医師・看護師の輸液の意思決定に関する実態調査を行う。結果をもとに、C. 看護師主導型の意思決定支援の指針を作成する。
