Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，Cognitive Adaptation Training (認知適応トレーニング；以下CAT)を用いた看護介入が重度かつ慢性精神疾患患者（Severe Mental Illness；以下SMI）の地域移行・地域定着に効果があるか明らかにすることである．CATは重度かつ慢性精神疾患患者を対象とした認知機能障害に焦点を当てた心理社会的リハビリテーションにおける介入技法であり地域定着が難しい患者に対し，本人が望む生活ができるように支援環境を調整していくことに着目した介入方法である。CATを日本に導入できるよう設計開発し, 実装・評価することを通じて，研究目的を達成するものである．
