Outline of Research at the Start

化学療法誘発性末梢神経障害（Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Neuropathy：CIPN）は、現在のところ有効な治療法が確立されておらず、患者の日常生活や生活の質（Quality of Life：QOL）へ様々な影響を及ぼす一方で、多岐にわたるその症状を適切に言語化することが難しく、症状の把握が困難であるという特徴がある。
そこで本研究は、ビンカアルカロイド系製剤による化学療法を受けた造血器腫瘍患者を対象とし、CIPNを測定する尺度であり、主に国外で使用されているEORTC QLQ-CIPN20の信頼性と妥当性の検証及び臨床応用の可能性について検討することを目的として調査研究を実施する。
