Outline of Research at the Start	医療観察法入院処遇において、患者の再犯防止のために看護師は内省支援を行うが、心理的負担を抱えていることを明らかにした（研究代表者,2023）。心理的問題を抱えていると一貫した態度で患者に内省支援ができず、患者の内省が深まらないと再犯の可能性が危惧される。本研究は、犯罪を起こした精神障害者へ再犯防止の内省支援を行う看護師が抱える心理的問題の内容とその要因を定性的に明らかにし、心理的問題の程度や各問題の関連性、共通性、構造などを定量的に明らかにし、看護師支援のための基礎資料を得る。
