| Outline of Research at the Start |
糖尿病により足病変を発症し、切断に至るケースがあり、そのような患者を訪問看護で早期に発見できないことが大きな課題となっている。そこで本研究の目的は、訪問看護師による糖尿病患者の足病変の予防管理の現状および在宅糖尿病患者の足部の実態を明らかにしたのち、在宅医療に効果的なフットケアプロトコールの構築を行うことである。具体的には以下4つの項目を実施する。①訪問看護師による在宅糖尿病患者の足部の観察および管理の実態の把握。②在宅糖尿病患者の足部の実態の把握。③前述①②の結果から、在宅で実施可能なフットケアプロトコールの構築。④作成したフットケアプロトコールを用いて有効性を検証。
