Outline of Research at the Start

近年、一般病棟での褥瘡発生率は低下しているが、手術室では高値である。その原因の一つとして、現状の手術室に合った褥瘡発生リスクアセスメントスケールがないことが挙げられる。国内では2002年に作成された術中褥瘡予測スコアがあるが体位の要因が不足しているなどの理由で活用されず、褥瘡に精通した看護師でなければ発生予測が困難な状況にある。
そこで、本研究では「誰にでも評価できる周術期褥瘡予防のためのリスクアセスメントスケールを開発すること」を目指す。
